                一、原則
              譯:Principles
                1、以《勞動法》、《北京市勞動合同規定》等法律、法規和公司各項規章制度及勞動合同、專項協議作為工作的準則。
              譯:This Regulation is subject to the guideline of Labor Law PRC, Beijing Labor Contract Regulations, other applicable laws and regulations, corporate by-laws, labor contract and subject agreements.
                2、公司各級管理者應在法律、法規的框架下,充分行使自己的職責和權力,把維護公司的利益和維持正常的工作秩序作為工作的基礎。
              譯:The management shall fully exert assigned duties and rights pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, and safeguard corporate interest and normal working order in duty performance.
                3,公司各級主管人員應嚴格履行員工離職工作程序,確保工作程序規定的內容、時間要求等得到有效執行。
              譯:The executives shall strictly perform the employee resignation procedures, and effectively perform the contents and schedules under this Regulation.
                二、工作程序
              譯:Working Procedures
                l、員工辭職應提前30日提出申請。在正式提出書面申請前,所在單位應根據實際情況,做好以下相應的工作:
              譯:The employees are required to submit resignation application 30 days in advance, prior to which the employer shall make the efforts below as the case may be:
                (1)辭職員工提出書面申請前,所在單位領導應及時同本人進行溝通面談,了解員工辭職原因,并根據工作需要及員工的實際情況,進行必要的挽留。自員工提出辭職意向2日內,所在單位應及時將信息反饋給公司人力資源管理科,同時對員工的辭職意向給予保密。
              譯:Prior to written resignation application, the employer officials shall interview with the employee to investigate resignation reasons, and try to retain the employee based on working needs and employee conditions. Within 2 days after the resignation application, the employer shall promptly report to HR department and keep the confidentiality thereof.
                (2)公司人力資源系統各級主管5日內根據公司崗位需求及辭職員
              譯:The HR executives shall communicate with the employee based on the post needs and professional background of the employee within 5 days thereafter, and decide whether to accept the resignation as the case may be.
