95后姑娘封媛媛因?yàn)橐欢?“雪糕品嘗師”的工作視頻成了網(wǎng)紅！

Feng Yuanyuan, born in 1995, has caused a storm online thanks to a video of her working as an ice cream taster.

封媛媛就職于一家雪糕公司，工作就是品嘗自家產(chǎn)品以及其他品牌雪糕，然后給出評(píng)價(jià)和對(duì)比。

Employed by an ice cream company, Feng's work involves taste-testing ice cream products from her company and others and then assessing and comparing the quality.

有時(shí)候，她甚至一天要吃20多根雪糕。當(dāng)然，為了保護(hù)味蕾，她要常用溫水漱口。

Sometimes, she has to taste over 20 ice creams in a single day. After eating one, she usually rinses her mouth with warm water to protect her taste buds.

同樣，這也是一份高薪工作：月薪超過(guò)1萬(wàn)元，超過(guò)了她的大部分大學(xué)同學(xué)。

Through this taste-testing, she earns more than 10,000 yuan per month, more than most of her college classmates.

不過(guò)副作用也很明顯，上班以來(lái)她已經(jīng)胖了10斤！所以她需要經(jīng)常鍛煉，來(lái)保持體形。

The unfortunate by-product of eating so much ice cream is that she has put on five kilograms. Feng said that she exercises regularly to manage her weight.

至于天天吃雪糕有沒(méi)有影響自己的健康，封媛媛說(shuō)，自己覺(jué)得還好，“我平時(shí)挺注意的，吃過(guò)雪糕后都會(huì)喝紅糖水、姜茶，而且也會(huì)加強(qiáng)鍛煉。”

為了這個(gè)工作，封媛媛已經(jīng)放棄了自己原先喜愛(ài)的辛辣食物，因?yàn)樯囝^對(duì)于她太重要了，品嘗雪糕，不僅僅是“吃”那么簡(jiǎn)單！

封媛媛說(shuō)，成為雪糕品嘗師，需要靈敏的舌頭，以及對(duì)雪糕的“真愛(ài)”。很多人因?yàn)槊刻煲�品嘗太多而厭倦，所以好的雪糕品嘗師并不好找 。

"To be an ice cream taster, a person needs to have a sensitive tongue and really like ice cream. Many people become fed up with ice cream if they have to eat it every day, so a good ice cream taster isn't easy to find," she said.

據(jù)《北京青年報(bào)》報(bào)道，封媛媛大學(xué)所學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)就是食品檢測(cè)，畢業(yè)后也一直在食品相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作。進(jìn)入現(xiàn)在這家企業(yè)后，一開(kāi)始也并沒(méi)有相關(guān)崗位，“但是老板平常會(huì)問(wèn)，你喜歡吃哪個(gè)口味啊，現(xiàn)在出的這個(gè)新品感覺(jué)味道怎么樣。我覺(jué)得，如果當(dāng)時(shí)我不敢回答，或者就含糊過(guò)去的話，可能后來(lái)也不會(huì)專(zhuān)門(mén)讓我去做雪糕品嘗這一塊。”

現(xiàn)在的封媛媛，通過(guò)一年多的工作，已經(jīng)可以品嘗出雪糕中是否含有添加劑。

Feng explained that after more than a year's work, she can tell if an ice cream contains additives just by tasting it.

按照她的說(shuō)法，品嘗雪糕“像香水一樣”：

她希望在未來(lái)自己可以嘗一口，就知道雪糕的配料。

She hopes that in the future, she could figure out the ingredients of a product with one bite.
